I mean, you could probably hit it with a rock or some other blunt instrument, but that would likely lead to a slow, painful death in space as the life support stops working. And since you've already established that Computer doesn't feel pain (at least not from any damage done to the ship itself, so I assume he can't feel pain at all even if you hit him) this would be pointless. Instead, I would try emotional damage instead. From what I've heard in these weekly documentaries, Computer is somewhat of a crybaby so this should be easy.
